My late night stopover when I'm hungry and in the area....I always order the beef, egg, veggie slurry! What can I say I love eggs! Writing this makes me hungry!

Been here twice so far and they make the best Eggplant in Garlic Sauce & Seafood dry Noodles!
We will definitely be back for another late night dinner date! -

I'll start off by saying one of my friends speaks a little Cantonese, passionate about Chinese culture, and is a popular patron at the restaurant, so my experience was flavored (no pun intended) a little differently. Everything was delicious but I'm going to make a recommendation: if you order beef with broccoli, ask for it with Chinese broccoli, or gai lan.
It tastes different and better. Service is friendly and there isn't a long wait for food. The dishes were already set (sharing plates, sharing bowls and tea cups), so when food arrived we could try a little of everything, if we wanted to. All around, it was a great experience. Next time I'll grab the hot and sour soup instead of wonton soup. -

If i could have rated this place ZERO stars, I would have...
We arrived to Seattle late night and were looking for a bite to eat. Ho Ho Seafood was one of few restaurants in the area that was open and was within walking distance of our hotel. We arrived around 11pm and noticed a small group of people in the restaurant so we decided to give it a try. As we were seated looking through the menu, my boyfriend spotted something behind me. It was a small mouse! Shortly after, he noticed another mouse that scurried across the room. We cancelled our order immediately and notified the lady who took our order. She then tried asking if we would rather take our food to go. NO THANKS! After the mouse sighting we highly questioned the cleanliness of the establishment and decided to leave right away. -

I would say this is the most authentic Hong Kong cuisine in the ID. Ho Ho has been in Seattle for over 30 years, unlike many fly-by-night operations in the International District. There are good reasons for it. And even with the new owners, it is still doing well.
Personally I've been to Ho Ho for 18+ years. It has evolved with time, in terms of decor and service. They know dietary restrictions and they understand how to accommodate; the food, moreover, consistently impress at prices that are easy on the wallet.
They do have a menu that looks like it is written in Chinese only; I highly recommend order from that and take the owner's recommendations. She is very available and have a customers first mentality. This is not a common sight in Asian restaurants; in fact, it's not always the case in any business.
Try the salt and pepper tofu. Try all the seafood dishes. Get a large group and order the large set dinners. Do the hot pots.
Their lunch menu is a phenomenal deal.
You won't be disappointed. This place has my highest recommendation.
